Exciting events this week at Frame

Here at Frame HQ we are drowning in the number of exciting events that we have coming up for you. So, here is a super simple itinerary of what we have going on for you, this week, at Frame.

Power of Four – Monday 13th April (today!), Frame Shoreditch, 5.30pm

Ever fancied trying out the Personal Training experience without the price tag that goes with it? If so, then these workshops may be for you… Every week we’ll have an hour of POWER covering the four power moves; squats, deadlifts, pull-ups and military press. There are only four spaces per workshop so you’ll get all the one-on-one attention you need to perfect your technique from one of our expert Frame Personalised PTs.  Why not try out Joadie’s class today at 5.30pm, and start the week right?

Eating for Exercise – Tuesday 14th April, Counter Albion, 6.45pm

Welcome back to our second in the series of Frame’s Learn events. Eating for Exercise #E4E is a new collaboration between Frame and nutritional therapist, Libby Limon which is aimed at informing about optimal nutrition specifically for those who workout. The knowledge and recipes will allow you create a balanced, healthy diet, supporting your fitness and well-being goals.

Join Frame co-founder Joan Murphy and Libby Limon for #E4E seminar on Tuesday 14th April at Counter Albion (45 Redchurch St). The talk will be followed by a delicious, healthy dinner served by Counter Albion. The menu will be light and nutritious food using mainly locally sourced ingredients.

ITINERARY
6.45pm – Arrive for welcome drinks
7pm-8pm – Eating for Exercise talk and Q&A with Libby and Joan
8pm-9pm – Delicious healthy dinner from Counter Albion

Beyonce – Saturday 18th April, The Paradise, 12-1pm

This class will be fast, energetic and a chance for you dance your way into that pop star body!  You will get sweaty and work your arses off, but it will put the smile on your face and get you wired for your Saturday night out, that’s a promise! There will be a complimentary cocktail waiting for you at the end, made with Coconut Water to ensure you’re fully hydrated! (non-alcoholic options available). If you want to stay for lunch, you can get 15% off! Woohoo!

Madonna – Saturday 18th April, Frame Shoreditch, 3.30-5.30pm

This workshop will be fast, energetic and a chance for you to “Express Yourself”! Cassius will get that dancing diva out of you whilst making sure you are loving every second of it!!! You will get sweaty and work your arses off, but it will put the smile on your face and get you wired for your Saturday night out, that’s a promise!!

These workshops are aimed at all levels; those who don’t have lots of dancing experience but want to learn and are up for a good time. It really doesn’t seem like you have a choice! So…click here to book and see you there!

Hip Hop Yoga – Saturday 18th April, Frame Shoreditch, 4pm

A high energy way to kick off your weekend – downward dogging, floating and flying to the beats from the streets. 2 hours of HIP HOP classics to kick your ASS-ana into shape. Bring a friend,  perfect pre party before your saturday night party!

This Yoga workshop will be playful and uplifting, a challenging, vinyasa style practice. Steffy will break down postures and transitions that there isn’t always time to do in class, this workshop is perfect for you if you’ve been prancing for a while and want to try some new fun flows.
