EATING FOR WEIGHTLOSS, Counter Albion – Tuesday 28th April

With a background in exercise and nutrition, Louise O’Mahony has extensive experience lecturing about nutrition with particular reference to nutrition and exercise. Eating For Weightloss will be a no nonsense exploration into real food. Forget fad diets, learn how to fuel your body for weight loss, how to manage goals and maintain weight loss. The talk will explore practical tips, recipes and more. Expect to come away with some great advice on meal timing, food basics, planning and preparation.

BECOME A PRO IN PROBIOTICS, 4 Wakeman Road – Wednesday 29th April

Our pick of the week, Frame presents the first in our series of Learn Events at London’s new artisan Health & Wellbeing members space, Wakeman Road. Nutritional therapist and probiotic expert, Cristina Perrone, will talk about the importance of your body’s good and bad bacteria, and take you into a journey into the world of good bacteria – busting some common myths about our friendly bacteria, demonstrating how different strains have been tested for different health conditions, and especially with a condition like IBS, the importance of finding the right probiotic for you.









BASIC YOGA WORKSHOP, Frame Shoreditch – Saturday 2nd May

This workshop is suitable for both those completely new to yoga, and those who have already done quite a bit, but want to make sure that their technique is correct or just deepen your basic understanding (never a bad thing). This yoga workshop will help you develop your body’s capabilities and harmonise them with a calm and focused mind, so a perfect thing to get you ready for the new season and also the perfect way to end a Saturday afternoon and start your Saturday evening!
