Arriving excitedly amongst a cackle of glam-gym-bunnies and Queens Park mums, we collectively (and with a strong sense of camaraderie) warm up to you guessed it – a Beyonce track! Our instructor AJ has his work cut out as we have two hours to dutty wine ourselves the whole 15-minute Super Bowl performance. Not for the faint hearted! But the morale is strong and the will for us to complete the challenge as a whole races us through the short space of time.
