Frame is currently looking to recruit for a number of roles. A passion for health and fitness is key, but just as important is the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. No two days are the same at Frame, whatever role you are in.

We are now recruiting for the following roles:

FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST AND FULL TIME WEEKEND RECEPTIONIST IN THE SHOREDITCH STUDIO

A fantastic opportunity to work in a medium-sized, dynamic business at the forefront of the UK’s Health and Fitness Industry.

Frame is a dance, fitness, yoga and Pilates studio, offering over 600 classes a week across the Shoreditch and Queens Park sites.

We are a young, vibrant team, looking for a bright, outgoing candidate with strong customer service experience, looking to step up into a full-time Front of House role. The correct candidate should have a ‘can do’ attitude, be able to think logically, enjoy solving problems and working with people.

So what does the actual role include?

Front of house – Customer service, including taking bookings, payments, dealing with customer queries and complaints via email, phone or face-to-face.

Studio presentation – Keeping the studio in a clean and tidy state.

Internal Communications – Assist with keeping all internal communications up to date. The key focus is creating awareness and regularly changing communications so they are always relevant to what’s new, changed and coming up at Frame, with the aim of driving sales.

Social Media – Follow the social media strategy by contributing to the Frame blog and regular updates to our twitter and facebook accounts.

Essential skills - 

Intermediate IT skills including Excel, e-mail, Google Docs etc.

Experience with a CRM or POS system would be preferable.

Fluent in both written and spoken English

Interest in the Health and Fitness industry

Personable – able to work in a team and with customers.

Please bear in mind that the studio works on shifts, so you will be required to open / close the studio as well as to work one weekend shift.

MARKETING INTERN

Paid. Minimum 20 hours/week for a 2 month period.

You will work alongside the Marketing Manager, working on our social media channels, website, blog (including SEO), and internal communications, alongside ad hoc projects. Ability to work with photoshop or a similar design package would be preferable.
