For those of you who haven’t managed to venture down to Frame yet this year, here’s a cheeky peek of our new studios. We hope you’ll agree…. pretty sa-weeeeet! We challenge you to find a yoga studio in London town with more natural light. (Free Framecard credit for anyone who can – and outdoors doesn’t count!)

The yoga workshops on Saturdays have been taking place up in the Pilates studio in the Mezzanine, and judging by the heat up there on Saturday, you don’t need Bikram any more – just come to Frame! I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many blissed out people leave Frame – the Detox Workshop clearly did it’s job. If  you want to get yourself involved for the next 2 workshops, book in quick as they are filling up real quick!
