FRAME HEPTATHLON
If the Frame Triathlon seems too easy for you, then consider this – 7 classes within 7 days, it’s the Frame Heptathlon! It’s a mere £60 for any seven classes that you’d like. You can even double up on some days so that you can get some rest days in as well. Any International athlete will tell you how important rest days are!
The Women’s Heptathlon consists of: (Men are apparently more hard-core and play at completing 10 events in the Decathlon!)
- 100m hurdles
- High jump
- Shot put
- 200m
- Long jump
- Javelin throw
- 800m
For the Frame Heptathlon why not try:
- 45 minute Run Club
- 60 minute Frame Method
- 45 minute rebounding
- 45 minute Dance Fit
- 60 minute Frame Work
- 45 minute Boxfit
- 60 Hour of Power Frame Camp
After a week of those workouts you’ll have a body to rival Jessica Ennis’ and Louis Hazel’s. These two smoking ladies will be representing Great Britain in the 2012 games. Jessica Ennis is from Sheffield and is already a double world champion. Louis Hazel was born in Southwark and is a gold medallist from the Commonwealth games. We can’t wait to see these ladies in action! So show your support for your fellow heptathletes and register for the Frame Heptathlon now!
