Being healthy doesn’t have to be time consuming…….

Libby Limon Frame’s in-house nutritionist talks about some quick and easy tools for keeping fit and healthy…

The majority of my clients are young professionals, most of whom are experiencing wellbeing imbalances due to the rigour of modern city life. Whilst their health issues express themselves in many different ways, hormonal imbalance, digestion symptoms, autoimmune diseases, fatigue, etc they all have one thing in common. They are all are invested in their wellbeing, they want to be healthier, fitter and feel good but they are ‘time poor’ with busy work and social lives. For this reason I am always searching of ways to make keeping ‘well’ easier and more user friendly.

So if you are one of these people, here are three neat little products that are working to make a healthy life easier:

VITL vitamins – a good quality supplement can help us especially with those nutrients we struggle to enough of from our diets e.g. Omega 3s, B vitamins, Magnesium, Co Q10, vitamin D, greens antioxidants. VITL’s handy portable blister pack has a daily dose of all these key nutrients. They also deliver your monthly supply to your door in one neat box, so you don’t have worry about lots of different pots or replenishing your supplies.

They are offering Frame members a £15 discount for your first month, so give it a try. Use FRAMES15 code at the check out. Website is here!

Eating enough fruit and veg whilst eating on the fly are two things that it is sometimes difficult to combine. Smoothies are the obvious answer; they can be prepped ahead of time and then taken out and about in a portable cup. Add superfood powders (maca, raw chocolate, greens, matcha) etc., plant protein powders (hemp, sunflower seed or organic brown rice) plus plenty of tasty fruits and vegetables to create a nutrient dense, healthy meal on the go. The Nutribullet is an awesome affordable and compact blender.
