Interval training

What is interval training I hear you ask?

Well guys it’s basically exercise which consists of activity at high intensity (sprint intervals) for a period of time, followed by low intensity (rest intervals) exercise for a period of time.

Why should we do it?

Interval training can supercharge your fitness, boost your metabolism, burn off that extra fat!

Our immune systems respond positively to regular strenuous exercise and interval training is intense so strengthens our immune systems.

According to David Lemberg, a bioethicist “People who exercise regularly build-up a “shield” against colds and flu”. So it may even help you fund off that pointless summer cold that seems to strike at the most annoying times!

I know we all exercise to look great but at Frame we’re all about feeling great and having fun too! After interval training you  feel amazing for the rest of the day because endorphin production is ramped to the max, score!!!!
