FRAME Kings X Timetable Taster

We’re getting closer to the launch of our new Kings X fitness hub! Are you as excited as we are? We have a jam-packed timetable with classes from 6:45am-8:30pm Monday-Friday and 8am – 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. So, here’s a taster of our Kings X timetable faves.

Swing those kettlebells with Jermaine Fyfield, reform your form with Reformer Pilates with Suzie Power and Amy Thake and improve your knock out punch with Box Fit with Andrew Clarke. We even have our new Dance Cardio class that’ll get you breaking a sexy sweat with Lisanne and Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Steffy White to #RestoreYourFrame. That’s it for now, but more updates to come!
