Run Club Tips!

First of all, a big well done to everyone to come to Run Club last night. It was a HUGE success. Think of Frame as your own running community. Comment on the blog and share your thoughts and ideas.

With the launch of Frame’s Run Club we’ll be posted weekly tips to help improve your running skills. From diet to running kit essentials we’ll have it all right here on the blog for you!

If you’re a notice but aspire to complete the daunting 26.6 miler marathon or simply want to improve your cardio then start booking into Frame’s Run Club and Frame camp classes and keep up to date with the running blog and you’ll be crossing that finish line in no time.

So now you’ve committed to start running but where to start?

We recommend that you start off with the basics and invest and in a good sports bra. Sports bras are important for a wide variety of reasons, and it’s not just to keep the girls in place. During a long running session you will need the added support to maintain good form throughout your run. A good sports bra will improve your posture and decrease back pain.
