It was great to know that our Frame PT Robb is managing to make a stir with his squat sessions.¬†Roisin Dervish-O’Kane at Health Magazine was put through her paces and learned the correct way to pull off this total-body move. This is one you can do anywhere so it’s important to check yourself and make sure your form is correct. Girls- squatting with weights will not bulk you up- do not be afraid! And look at the lovely Robb, how could you be afraid! Your glutes on the other hand….
