Dogs and Frogs with Michael James Wong

Saturday 3 October, 3-5pm, Frame Shoreditch

Join Michael James Wong for Dogs & Frogs, a 2-hour asana event that guarantees to make you sweat. This special event will start with a vigorous flow, arm balances and inversions that build strength, power and flexibility throughout the body. This event is open to everyone and will have live music from Loni Lincoln and Kate Lister to keep you in the breath.

Bell & Box

Saturday 3 October – Glen Coburn, 1.30-3.30pm at Frame Queens Park / Caroline Bragg 2-4pm at Frame Kings X

Prepare to get your sweat on in this two-hour workshop that combines two of the most effective forms of exercise packed into an endorphin pumping 2-hour workshop. Think sweat, power, speed and agility as we use kettlebell and boxing techniques to strip fat and tone you from top to toe.

Meditation with Jody Shields

29 September, 7pm at Frame Queens Park / 10 November 7pm at Frame Kings X

Get proper zen with Jody and indulge in an hour of guided meditation. Using mindfulness, heartfullness and visualisation techniques, you’ll learn to be more present and chill the F out! There will also be time at the end for a bit of a Q&A while enjoying a calming cup of T2 herbal tea.
