WHAT’S ON AT FRAME THIS WEEK

┬áThere is always great classes happening at Frame (and we are having so much fun thinking up some new ones for you guys)! The workshops are great for those who really are looking to put some time aside on their weekend to hone in on their training or are just even looking to spend some extra time on their body that we don’t get during the week. Here is what we have coming up this week, as always a great balance of quick paced and more peaceful option. Look forward to seeing you in the studio or out in the sun!

 

 

KINGS CROSS
Wednesday 6.30pm Body Class with Charlotte Oakley. It is our Wednesday workout guys! This is a great way to shake off hump-day and feel spritely for the rest of the week. Get involved in this full body workout that focuses not on bulking up but on creating long, lean and strong limbs.

SHOREDITCH Saturday Workshops

Single Ladies Full Choreograph- If you enjoyed our Beyonce class in Brixton you are going to love this extended version where you can learn the whole routine to Single Ladies. This is great for all levels and Cassius will have you moving and shaking your Saturday. Such a fun way to get fit, look forward to seeing you there!

Mat Pilates Strength & Stamina with Mary- This workshop will focus on strength and stamina. Touching on posture and alignment, finding neutral hip and spine placement to achieve better core stability, this class is great for those who are new to Pilates or regulars.

QUEENS PARK Saturday Workshops

Understanding Chakras with Liz Jacobs- This is a Heart Chakra Workshop that will explain how we can map our energy body through Yoga and use the Asana practice to create subtle awareness and on how we can consciously create balance through eating, doing exercising and doing self work. This workshop is suitable for all levels so if you are looking to have an introduction to Chakras then this is a great place to start!
